Steps to Begin the Journey of Faith

​

1- Parents who are members of The Church of the Visitation, complete our Baptism Registration Form (here) to begin the process.

​

2- Parents and Godparents must participate in the Baptism Class via Zoom which is held once a month at 1 PM

​

3- Godparents and/or the Christian Witness Form must be signed and sealed by their respective churches and submitted to our office. If your Godparent is a registered member of The Church of the Visitation, the bottom portion of the form does not need to be completed.

4- Please view the list below for the forms. All godparents must submit a Confirmation certificate or updated Baptism certificate with notations to show they are a fully initiated Catholic.
