The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is the largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to build better lives for people affected by mental illness. They help raise awareness, provide support, and education to those in need.
Monthly NAMI (Peer-led) Family Support Group
The NAMI Westchester Family Support Group of South Bay meets on the first Monday of the month on the second floor of the Visitation Parish Center from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The monthly Family Support Group offers free and confidential support guided by principles that emphasize respect, understanding, and encouragement for all participants. This Support Group is for adult family members or caregivers (18 years and older) of mentally ill loved ones.
