Fourth Sunday of Advent

Dear Faithful in Christ,

As we move through Advent and approach Christmas, hope arises in our hearts. Hope which no power can stop. Hope which the enemy cannot diminish. Hope once again comes to us through the birth of the Christ child. With this nativity, we pray for a better future. We long for peace in our world and in our own lives. We wish happiness for our families and friends. We hope. That wondrous event of more than 2000 years ago still resonates in our age and can bring us back to life. I join with the priests and staff of Visitation Parish, in hoping that this Christmas season will bring you all a good measure of God’s peace.

Merry Christmas!
